Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Providing legal advice on the various transactions especially from investment law, antitrust law, and foreign business law.
Ø Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
Ø Assisting Compliance Officer in handling various compliance matters.
Ø Developing system and tools to enhance compliance system.
Ø Conducting seminars and arranging any program to prevent the compliance risk.
Ø Assisting Business Department in obtains legal advice from outside law firms and managing the retained firms.
Ø Collecting information on law firms, lawyers, field of specialties and fee and legal news from the firms.
Ø Managing the database.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female or Male age between 27-30 years
Ø Master of laws (LL.M.) or Bachelor’s degree with experience
Ø Having 3-5 years of experiences in International law firm or In-house legal department
Ø Excellent command of speaking, listening, reading and especially writing in English.
Ø Good computer skill
Ø Mature, good analytical skill

Ø Having Lawyer license is preferable
Ø Able to be a legal and compliance trainer for to the employee

Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Lunch Break 12.00-13.25) (Working Hour 7.15 hours)
About the Benefit
Salary: 27,000 THB – 35,000 THB excluding allowance
