Work Outline: In charge of any matter about legal for the corporate
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing advice on legal matter, drafting and reviewing contracts as well as legal related documents to ensure the legality of transactions, to minimize the legal risk, and to enhance the benefits of the company.
Conducting and enforcing the necessary activities to share the legal information with other members such as seminar, establishing or maintaining the internal database and making announcement.
Performing and enforcing the compliance activities, including prepare and maintain the internal rules, conducting the seminars and handling compliance cases.
Collecting information on law firms, lawyers, field of specialties and fee and legal news from the firms.
Managing the database
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 25-28 years old
Bachelor of laws and having minimum 3 years of experiences in a law firm or In-house legal department
Very good command of speaking, listening, reading and especially writing in English
Good computer skill
Having Lawyer license
Good command of English
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
