Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and oversee government incentives and privileges related to BOI, FBL, and other applicable regulations to maximize organizational benefits. - Coordinate and handle factory licensing, permits, and certifications, ensuring full compliance with laws, regulations, and government policies. - Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with government authorities (e.g., MOI, MOE, local authorities) and relevant industrial and automotive associations. - Monitor government policies, regulatory updates, and investment promotion measures, and translate them into actionable business strategies. - Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and public communications with external stakeholders. - Collaborate internally with related departments and external parties, including local communities and municipalities, to support smooth business operations. - Develop internal processes, communication frameworks, and team capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Economics, Laws, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Corporate and Government Relations in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry - Hands-on experience in factory licensing processes - Solid knowledge and experience in BOI regulations and compliance - Strong leadership background with subordinates - Conversational High level of English (spoken and written); ability to prepare reports in English - Good computer skills in Outlook and MS Excel <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese communication skills are a plus - Understanding of industrial operations, energy regulations, and automotive-related <Details> - Strong knowledge of government regulations, investment promotion policies, economics, and legal frameworks - Strong interpersonal skills, good personality, and proven experience in public communication and stakeholder management.
