Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
●Support Japanese staff and internal coordination
- Support the daily work of four Japanese staff members.
- Understand requests from Japanese staff and explain them clearly to Thai staff and related departments.
- Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Building Management, and Corporate Management.
- Follow up on each task and report the progress to Japanese staff.
- Help solve problems by talking with the related departments.
●Interpretation and translation
- Provide Japanese-Thai interpretation for internal meetings and discussions.
- Translate emails, reports, and internal documents between Japanese and Thai.
- Help Japanese and Thai staff communicate clearly with each other.
●Secretary and administration support
- Arrange meeting schedules and prepare for meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes, documents, data, and presentation materials.
- Support information management related to insurance products, contracts, and internal procedures.
●Other coordination work
- Support visa-related procedures and other administrative matters when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as the Legal team and with outside parties when needed, for example for customs-related matters.
- Support other tasks requested by Japanese staff and supervisors.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 3 years of experience in internal coordination using Japanese
- Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Conversational middle level of English skills for email communication
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- 5 years or more of experience in internal coordination using Japanese
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry
- Work or study experience in Japan
