Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Internal communication hub (sales-related): While maintaining the practical work of sales members who can communicate in English, this role will act as a bridge/coordinator with account staff and sales support staff who are less comfortable with English. - Coordinator function: Receive requests from the Japan headquarters and drive the full process, including internal communication, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and progress management. - Interpretation / translation (approx. 30%): Provide interpretation and translation for meetings and communications with headquarters, internal announcements (HR matters, salary revisions, etc.), and communication with stakeholders in Thailand (including non-Japanese companies). - Support for external communication in Thailand: Provide interpretation support in negotiations with suppliers and other parties to facilitate smooth external communication. - Management / general affairs-related operational improvement: Support the organization and standardization of company rules and regulations that are not yet well organized (including work rules), and assist with internal communication of these updates. - Practical support for labor / HR events: Handle practical tasks related to labor law updates in Thailand and internal implementation, as well as support for HR/salary revision events (interpretation, collecting requests/feedback from employees, and arrangements such as hotel bookings). - Other as assigned by MD and GM

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field - More than 3 years of experience related coordinator job - Conversational high level of Japanese in order to communicate with Japanese MD and Chinese <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Has working experience in small company
