Coordinator in QA Department (25K–30K) (SDG-84302) เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานในแผนก QA <Job Responsibilities> 1. PCN (Process change notification, Such as Change of manufacturing place, design of item, material of item) - Communicate with suppliers about PCN - Explain to customers about PCN - Collect the necessary documents from suppliers - Manage the schedule and documents from supplier side and customer side **ex: When supplier notify that their item's COO (Country of Origin) will change, the company needs to notify this change to customer. And the company needs to get approval from them about this change. 2. NCR (Non conformity report, Quality issue) - Communicate with customers and suppliers to solve NCR issues - Follow up the investigation and improvement from the suppliers such as 8D Report or 5Why Report - Register in the internal system 3. Others - Get information or samples from suppliers according to customer's requirements - Follow up the investigation and improvement from the supplier such as 8D Report or 5Why Report - Prepare and submit PPAP for both new part and part change to the customer according to the supplier's request - Check the transportation problems - Contact to insurance company depend on the problem situation - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree ・At least 3 years experience in documents control tasks*This position handle many schedules and documents with many suppliers and customers ・Experience in communicating with suppliers or customers ・Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 600up or same level, Communicate with oversea suppliers) ・Person who is good at monitoring daily progress ・Person who can work independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company ・Working experience in QA/QC tasks Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri(Sat: none)) About the Benefits 25,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive harness (assembled wire) components Business Type: General Trading Company; Automobiles / Automobile Parts

NCR (รายงานความไม่สอดคล้อง, ปัญหาคุณภาพ) - สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อแก้ปัญหา NCR - ติดตามการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงจากซัพพลายเออร์ เช่น 8D Report หรือ 5Why Report - ลงทะเบียนในระบบภายใน 3. อื่นๆ - รับข้อมูลหรือตัวอย่างจากซัพพลายเออร์ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - ติดตามการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงจากซัพพลายเออร์ เช่น 8D Report หรือ 5Why Report - จัดทำและส่ง PPAP ทั้ง part ใหม่และ part change ให้กับลูกค้าตามคำสั่งของซัพพลายเออร์ - ตรวจสอบปัญหาการขนส่ง - การติดต่อบริษัทประกันภัยขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ปัญหา - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี ・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในงานควบคุมเอกสาร *ตำแหน่งนี้จัดการตารางเวลาและเอกสารจำนวนมากกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าจำนวนมาก ・มีประสบการณ์ในการสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์หรือลูกค้า ・การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (Toeic 600 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือระดับเดียวกัน, สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ในต่างประเทศ) ・ผู้ที่ติดตามความคืบหน้ารายวันได้ดี ・ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> ・ประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น ・ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน QA/QC ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS ช่องนนทรี เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
