Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle all arrangements for air freight, sea freight, and moving jobs, including quotation, survey arrangement, packing, customs, and delivery - Visit and support existing clients and also find new clients, while understanding their logistics and moving needs and offering the best service - Act as the main contact for customers by giving updates on shipping and moving progress, adjusting delivery schedules, answering questions, and handling problems - Work with internal departments, overseas offices, agents, and partner companies to improve shipping quality, delivery time, cost, and customer satisfaction - Check billing, manage profit and KPIs, and make improvement ideas to help improve service quality and increase profit - Cover a wide range of work from sales to operations and after-sales follow-up, and support long-term customer relationships and business growth
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Business level of Japanese (N1Must) - Having work experience at a Japanese company or study experience in Japan at least 3 years - Some experience in coordination or negotiation (any industry and any job type is okay) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having work experience in the logistics industry - Having work experience in the moving industry - Having work experience in import / export related departments
