Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the new set up (rental) management services
Providing the after-sales service of rental condominium and serviced apartments for Japanese customers
Responsible for the companies that needed to be followed up by the introduction via real estate companies
Problem solving on spot/Negotiation with the owner
In charge of contacting customers via telephone/email/visit if necessary
In charge of not only the rental service but also after purchasing service in the future
Providing information by answering questions and requests
Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs
Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male/Female, Thai nationality, Age 25 - 39
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in any related field
3 – 5 years’ work experience (Assistant/Sales Coordinator/Sales/Customer Service)
Willing to work for a new set up company
Good command in English and Japanese
[Prefer]
Work experience in real estate
Initiative/Positive/Challenging
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversation-Business Level
Japanese: Business Level (N1-N2)
Workplace Area:Airport Link Ramkham-haeng (15 mins by bus)
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/Month
