Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Negotiate with clients for contractual terms from drafting contracts, reviewing contracts or any agreement until signing completion. The negotiation includes commercial terms, prices and others to cover the specific concerns, so responsible also for basic level of revenue of the company.
- Any renewal/ modification of existing contract is also in scope. It shall be up-to-date as per company situation and policy and up to customer expectations.
- Identify, research, evaluate commercial and pricing of all clients in order to gain the basic revenue of the company and align with the overall business goals.
- Negotiate with clients in term of commercial and pricing with the company policy, agreement and client’s expectation as basic level.
- Coordinate with internal concerns for commercial and pricing planning and preparation.
- Support to Identify, research, evaluate, pursue business development opportunities particular in local markets and expansion channel of existing customers in order to contribute to organization's short and long term business goals.
- Manage and control organization with customer service strategies that enhance the relationship with customers including the arrangement of commercial quotes and agreements in order to ensure that customer service strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with overall business goals.
- Supervise and coach subordinates on tasks, share/advise on problem solving solution in order to ensure the high performance team-oriented.
- Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs
- Developing pricing proposals for new products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Other tasks as assigned,

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years' experience in commercial, business development, customer relationship management, legal or contract management (Pharmaceutical or FMCG field)
- At least 3 years in a management role.
- Contract management experience, coordinate/ negotiate with clients in term of commercial and pricing 
- Conversational High level in English (internal meeting, client coordination, contract, documents etc.)
- Convenient to commute in long term to company (Bangpa-In Industrial Estate)
