Continuous Improvement Manager (80K – 100K) (SDG-112649) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาต่อเนื่อง Duties & Responsibilities: • Work with leaders at the plant to improve processes, facilitate problem solving activities, and achieve improve results. • Develop resources and skill sets across the facility to support the plant and various department improvement goals. • Coordinate, develop, implement and provide process improvement training/workshops for implementation and refresher sessions as required. • Evaluate current practices, recommend changes, and monitor implementation activities to better achieve improved customer satisfaction, productivity, and inventory management. • Participate in the yearly value stream mapping budget review process and helps develop the manufacturing strategy for the plant. • Lead Kaizen events including value stream mapping exercises. • Support plants to achieve yearly targets for cost reductions and capital spending. • Guide and collaborate with manufacturing and quality engineering teams for all manufacturing departments to drive production improvements, PPM reductions, and New Product Launch. • Collaborate / share information with other continuous improvement managers to realize benefits of improvements and lessons learned across other facilities. • Where applicable, lead other continuous improvement team members to achieve department and plant goals. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • ทำงานร่วมกับผู้นำในโรงงานเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการ อำนวยความสะดวกในการแก้ไขปัญหา และปรับปรุงผลลัพธ์ • พัฒนาทรัพยากรและชุดทักษะทั่วทั้งโรงงานเพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการปรับปรุงโรงงานและแผนกต่างๆ • ประสานงาน พัฒนา นำไปปฏิบัติ และจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรม/เวิร์กช็อปปรับปรุงกระบวนการสำหรับการนำไปปฏิบัติและเซสชันทบทวนตามความจำเป็น • ประเมินแนวทางปฏิบัติปัจจุบัน แนะนำการเปลี่ยนแปลง และติดตามกิจกรรมการนำไปปฏิบัติเพื่อให้ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ผลผลิต และการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังดีขึ้น • เข้าร่วมกระบวนการตรวจสอบงบประมาณการทำแผนที่กระแสคุณค่าประจำปี และช่วยพัฒนากลยุทธ์การผลิตสำหรับโรงงาน • นำกิจกรรมไคเซ็น รวมถึงแบบฝึกหัดการทำแผนที่กระแสคุณค่า • สนับสนุนโรงงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายประจำปีสำหรับการลดต้นทุนและการใช้จ่ายเงินทุน • ให้คำแนะนำและร่วมมือกับทีมการผลิตและวิศวกรรมคุณภาพสำหรับแผนกการผลิตทั้งหมดเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงการผลิต การลด PPM และการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ • ร่วมมือ/แบ่งปันข้อมูลกับผู้จัดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องคนอื่นๆ เพื่อรับทราบประโยชน์ของการปรับปรุงและบทเรียนที่เรียนรู้จากสถานที่อื่นๆ • หากจำเป็น ให้เป็นผู้นำทีมปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องคนอื่นๆ เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของแผนกและโรงงาน
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-45 years • Any gender • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • At least 15 years working experience as Project Improvement in Lean-Six Sigma (LSS), Green belt, in Electronics, Glass or Ceramics manufacturing. • At least 5 years management experience has subordinate under control as Assistant - Manager level. • Advance conversation high in English level. (To communicated with global team) • Lean Champion Certified. At least “Green Belt” in 6 Sigma Certification • Ability to hands on in manufacturing engineering, manage on ISO 9000, ISO 14001. • Working experience in global company is preferable. • Interpersonal, self-confidence and enthusiasm are preferable. • TOEIC score 700+ is preferable.
