Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
●Consulting Sales (New Business Development)
- Lead new client acquisition from creating opportunities to closing deals.
- Hear client needs → clarify key issues → prepare proposals/quotations → present and close.
- Manage the pipeline with numbers and continuously improve actions.
- Build new acquisition channels by approaching organizations and institutions.
- Create continuous leads through referral/partnership schemes and co-hosted seminars.
- Visualize performance by channel and build a stable pipeline in the mid-to-long term.
●Networking (Exhibitions / Events)
- Generate leads at exhibitions/events and increase conversion to business meetings.
- Plan which events to join and how to act on the day, then follow up by lead priority.
- Build relationships with organizers and key persons to gain referrals and co-host opportunities.
●Web Marketing (Website / Social Media)
- Increase inquiries from the website/SNS and stabilize lead generation.
- Improve service messaging, case studies, and customer journey, and publish content consistently.
- Review metrics, improve continuously, and respond quickly to inquiries to convert them into meetings.
●Telemarketing / Field Sales
- Contact target companies to secure appointments and create first meetings.
- Improve talk tracks and email templates to raise appointment and conversion rates.
- Manage activity and results weekly and build a pipeline that leads to orders.
●Others
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager
 
<Remark>
- They would like to strengthen new business development for local (Thai) clients.
- They are also looking to build connections with other stakeholders and related organizations.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skills / Experience >
- Having experience as Sales experience (consulting sales experience is not required)
- Having experience as Business Development (be able to plan and develop sales strategies)
- Conversational high level of Japanese for internal communication(More than N2)
- Basic level of English

- Has a strong personal network
