<Job expectation> - Direct access to C-suite executives and high-impact strategic projects - This position will focus on Japanese clients - Ability to work flexible hours and manage projects with limited notice - Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments (including factory settings) - Strong project management skills including resource coordination and timeline management - Capacity to work independently while maintaining alignment with senior leadership <Job Responsibilities> 1.Strategic Consulting - Lead and direct diverse project teams through hands-on approaches to execute solutions and achieve project goals 2,Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge) 3.Support senior management in developing strategic directions and implementation plans 2.Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client executives through high-quality deliverables - Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to understand their concerns and design appropriate change plans - Gain stakeholder acceptance for proposed solutions through compelling presentations and relationship management - Serve as key point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and project coordination 3.Business Development - Take responsibility for sales and marketing activities including proposal development and client presentations - Present company capabilities and thought leadership at conferences and industry events to represent the company - Contribute to new business acquisition through relationship building and market development 4.Team Leadership & Development - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standards of project delivery and foster their professional growth - Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and best practices
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years relevant experience as Consultant, Business analyst,, Business planning, Product Planning Project manager, Data analyse at top-tier consulting firms - At least 1 year experience in managing subordinates - Business level to Fluent in Japanese language with JLPT N1 certificate (To communicate with Japanese clients as consultant ) - Conversation High to Business level in English (To communicate with clients and external parties) - Strong research and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency - Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports <In Details> - Proficient in data-driven decision making using facts, analysis, and logical reasoning - Problem solving skills: ability to analyze, resolve complex problems, and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections - Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication with people who are of differing levels of seniority, analytical understandings and backgrounds - Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure - Enjoy learning new things and initiating new changes - Strong commitment to results, output quality and deadline - Strive to have a tangible impact on Thai businesses - Proactiveness and intelligent curiosity - Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic situations and able to work without close supervision - Have a client-oriented perspective <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance - Graduated with High GPA - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong academic record from top-tier MBA program - Industry expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred - Professional experience in operations management is a plus, including: Manufacturing operations, Production control, Process improvement initiatives, Product development, New business development.
