<Job Responsibilities> - Strategic Consulting: Lead and direct diverse project teams through hands-on approaches to execute solutions and achieve project goals; Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge); Support senior management in developing strategic directions and implementation plans. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client executives through high-quality deliverables; Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to understand their concerns and design appropriate change plans; Gain stakeholder acceptance for proposed solutions through compelling presentations and relationship management; Serve as key point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and project coordination. - Business Development: Take responsibility for sales and marketing activities including proposal development and client presentations; Present company capabilities and thought leadership at conferences and industry events to represent the company; Contribute to new business acquisition through relationship building and market development. - Team Leadership & Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standards of project delivery and foster their professional growth; Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and best practices.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 4 years relevant experience as Consultant, Business analyst, Business planning, Product Planning, Project manager, Data analyst at top-tier consulting firms - At least 1 year experience in managing subordinates - Business level in English (To communicate with clients and external parties) - Strong research and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency - Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong academic record from top-tier MBA program. - Industry expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred. - Professional experience in operations management is a plus, including: Manufacturing operations, Production control, Process improvement initiatives, Product development, New business development.
