<Job Responsibilities> - Consulting project: Take responsibility of managing multiple projects; Lead, direct teams, and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives; Support in executing solutions by hands-on approaches to achieve project goals. - Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to clients; Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to grasp their concerns, design change plans, and gain acceptance for the team's proposed solutions. - Marketing and Sales: In charge of some sales and marketing activities; Assist in the process of proposal development and pitching; Present at conferences and events to represent the company and expand the company's network. - Organization: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standard of project delivery and foster their professional growth; Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years relevant experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Business Planning, Product Planning Project Manager, or Data Analyst at top-tier consulting firms. - Business level in English, to communicate with Japanese clients and external parties as a consultant. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for presentation. <In details> - Problem solving skills: ability to analyze, resolve complex problems, and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections. - Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication with people of differing seniority, analytical understandings and backgrounds. - Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure. - Enjoy learning new things and initiating new changes. - Strong commitment to results, output quality and deadline. - Strive to have a tangible impact on Thai businesses. - Proactiveness and intelligent curiosity. - Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic situations and able to work without close supervision. - Have a client-oriented perspective. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Holding high TOEIC score. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong academic record from top-tier MBA program.
