Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist Recruiting Advisor in updating the hiring status with existing clients
- Prepare draft of job order after Recruiting Advisor acquires new vacancies
- Arrange an interview between clients and Career Advisor and send email confirmation to complete the arrangement process
- Assist Recruiting Advisor in internal documentation (e.g., Service Agreement, Agreement of Employment, and Quotation)
- Regularly contact to existing clients to update the hiring status
- Assist in marketing activities conducted by the consultants (e.g., to prepare and update the Sales Tools, artwork, survey, and etc.)
- Coordinate with other teams in order to achieve common goal
- Other related tasks as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 21-27 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Good command of written and spoken in English (TOEIC score 700 as minimum)
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal skill, Detail-oriented, Can handle Multi task
- Initiative and open-minded to learn new things
- Able to response and coordinate quickly
- Have strong sense of responsibility
