Job Description
<Position Overview>
-Start as Consult Assistant supporting the Business Development role.
-Progress to become a Junior Business Development role in Phase 2.
<Details>
First Phase: Consultant Assistant (Business Development)
- Develop new clients and new market by making cold calls to potential clients. around 10-20 calls per day (Mainly call to HR department, sometimes President of company)
- Introduce company profile and our services to clients and explain the contract condition to client.
- Get hiring plan from client and keep following up the situation until getting job order from client officially
Second Phase: Junior Business Development
- Ask the outline of job order and connect to recruiting advisor to move to the step to introduce the suitable candidate
- Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information.
- Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of enterprise sales/marketing activities to realize the purpose written in the top

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Working experience as sales or tele sales
*fresh graduate welcomed
Communication skill to build trust-relationship with customer
Self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target (Result-oriented mind)
Strong motivation for self-development
Strong sense of client-oriented mind and thought
Personality (Active, Ownership , Supportive, Flexible , Team player, Positive)
Conversational high level of english for internal communication
