Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Train customers on the proper use of company software, machines, and tooling. - Conduct tooling trials and product testing to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Install and configure company software and ensure smooth operation with the machinery. - Assist in developing best practices and operational guidelines for company products. - Support sales and marketing efforts by demonstrating machine capabilities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > *Candidate with the following conditions, A or B, can submit - (A) At least 1 year of work experience in Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering in any industry - (B) Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial Education and Technology, Computer Science, or any related engineering field. - Able to understand basic engineering drawing skills. - Communication Middle level of English (Internal, Email, Documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with CNC machines, Sheet Metal Processing & Fabrication - Able to utilize 2D, 3D CAD/CAM program is preferable - Experience working in a Japanese company
