<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer
- 8-10 years or above of experiences in Construction Project Manager of Manufacturing
- Computer skill: CAD/ AutoCAD
- Have License of Professional Practice (Associate Civil Engineer)
- Have own car and driving license
- Able to work/stay over in the upcountry (occasional, at provided accommodation)
- Basic command of verbal and written English (use in documents / to communicate, they have internal Interpreter)
- Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working
- Able to show the decisive and leadership skills

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Central Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: occasional, around 4-5 times per year) Work in upcountry as assigned by projects)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ร่วมมือกับวิศวกร สถาปนิก ฯลฯ เพื่อกำหนดข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
- เจรจาสัญญากับผู้ขายภายนอกเพื่อให้บรรลุข้อตกลงที่ทำกำไรได้
- รับใบอนุญาตและใบอนุญาตจากหน่วยงานที่เหมาะสม
- กำหนดทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น (กำลังคน อุปกรณ์และวัสดุ) ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบโดยคำนึงถึงข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณ
- วางแผนการดำเนินการก่อสร้างทั้งหมดและกำหนดขั้นตอนขั้นกลางเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดหาอุปกรณ์และวัสดุและติดตามสต็อกเพื่อจัดการกับความไม่เพียงพอในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- จ้างผู้รับเหมาและพนักงานอื่น ๆ และจัดสรรความรับผิดชอบ
- กำกับดูแลการทำงานของคนงาน ช่างกล ฯลฯ และให้คำแนะนำเมื่อจำเป็น
- ประเมินความคืบหน้าและจัดทำรายงานโดยละเอียด
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยทั้งหมดและรายงานปัญหา
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย 38 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวโยธา
- ประสบการณ์ 8-10 ปี ขึ้นไป ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการก่อสร้าง ฝ่ายผลิต
- ความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์: CAD/ AutoCAD
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (รองวิศวกรโยธา)
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองและมีใบขับขี่
- สามารถทำงาน/อยู่ต่อในต่างจังหวัดได้ (เป็นครั้งคราว ตามที่พักที่ให้ไว้)
- พื้นฐานการใช้ภาษาพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ (ใช้ในเอกสาร / สื่อสาร มีล่ามภายใน)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและทำงานหนักได้
- สามารถแสดงทักษะที่แน่วแน่และเป็นผู้นำได้
