Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan, coordinate, and supervise painting projects for industrial or construction sites. - Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. - Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and manage on-site manpower. - Inspect surface preparation, paint mixing, and application processes to ensure quality and safety standards. - Manage project budgets, materials, and equipment usage. - Handle documentation, progress reports, and project completion reports. - Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams. - Coordinate after-service or maintenance work when required - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of working experience as construction management in construction or building material industry. - Working experience of construction project management. - Conversational high level of Japanese (For external communication) - Conversational middle level of English (For internal communication) - Driving license - Can regularly work at construction on-site <Preferable Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year experience as sales in budling materials - The person who is from general subcontractor companies. - Business level of Japanese
