Construction management (30K–50K) (SDG-94528) พนักงานการจัดการงานก่อสร้าง <Job Responsibilities> This position is for construction management of air conditioning equipment in a manufacturing plant. - Construction plan preparation - Meetings with construction owners, developers, subcontractors, and other related parties - You will work primarily at the client's site. *Ayutthaya, Chonburi and Prachinburi are the main areas of clients *Project duration is up to 7 months for new construction and about 3 months for renovation work. *Apartment expenses are covered. - Process management - Quality control - On-site communication with Japanese clients - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC construction management experience. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation - Conversational level of English - Flexible for relocation (Chonburi etc.) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree of related fields Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Ayutthaya, Chonburi and Prachinburi are the main areas of clients Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri*May be required to work on weekends depending on the client) About the Benefits 30,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Engineering & Construction Services Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
