Consignment Manager (Truck) (50K–60K) (SDG-102842) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายส่งสินค้า (รถบรรทุก) <Job responsibilities> - Management transportation vehicles to be efficient, ready to use at all times - KPI report weekly and monthly - Coordinate to solve various problems for customers when problems such as insufficient cars, increasing the number of transportation vehicles in the event that customers have more work. - Supervise the operations of employees - Control Truck - Planning, making, controlling monthly and annual budgets - Coordinate with internal and external agencies in order to make the operations go smoothly - Control and Follow up the work according to the plan - Training and development of personnel in collaboration with internal and external agencies - Transport Cost P&L - Other tasks by the general manager and Japanese manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - บริหารจัดการรถขนส่งให้มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา - รายงาน KPI รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน - ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆให้กับลูกค้าเมื่อเกิดปัญหา เช่น รถไม่เพียงพอ, เพิ่มจำนวนรถขนส่งในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีงานมากขึ้น - ดูแลการดำเนินงานของพนักงาน - รถบรรทุกควบคุม - วางแผนจัดทำควบคุมงบประมาณรายเดือนและรายปี - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น - ควบคุมและติดตามการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน - การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากรร่วมกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก - ค่าขนส่ง P&L - งานอื่นๆ โดยผู้จัดการทั่วไปและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
