Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Act as the Compliance Officer, overseeing and managing various compliance-related matters across the organization - Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and internal policies - Report compliance-related issues, risks, and updates to Head Office in Tokyo and Singapore as required - Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal and compliance-related documents, including but not limited to: - Contracts and agreements - Internal policies and guidelines - Compliance reports and filings - Provide practical and timely legal advice to internal stakeholders on business operations, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management - Support business departments by identifying legal risks and proposing appropriate mitigation measures - Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties when necessary - Assist in developing, updating, and implementing internal compliance frameworks, procedures, and training programs - Handle ad-hoc legal matters as required to support business activities - Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor Degree in Legal - Lawyer license under Thai law - At least 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in any company - Conversational high level of English (For external communication with overseas location such Japan and Singapore) <Preferable skills/ Experience> - Working experience as legal advisor in consulting filed.
