Compliance Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-113392) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ 1 คน <Job responsibilities> Develop, lead, and conduct legal activities with legal expertise - Reviewing and drafting various agreements - Advising on legal affairs - Managing disputes Develop, lead, and conduct compliance activities with legal and audit expertise - Prepare and maintain company documents and guidelines - Risk management and reporting activities i.e. Risk control, BCP, self-audit, Sox - Conduce compliance training and activities for employees - CSR activities - Ad-hoc work assigned by GM Conducting internal audits for affiliates in Thailand and other southeast Asia as a lead role - Set up audit process for FTC and other affiliates in Thailand in cooperation with FEC HQ and FTC related Dept (HR, compliance, Accounting, Finance, Costing) - Conduct an annual plan, fieldwork, closure report, and follow-up activity in a proactive manner - Constructive advice to affiliates in Thailand to improve work procedures Conducting regional Headquarter transformation following the instruction of GM - Implement and maintain the right and standardized process, and guidelines with compliance – mainly compliance, audit, legal - Back-up of a critical operation, SSC Set-up preparation - Other duties assigned by GM <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> พัฒนา นำ และดำเนินกิจกรรมทางกฎหมายโดยมีความเชี่ยวชาญทางกฎหมาย - การตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญาต่างๆ - ให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านกฎหมาย - การจัดการข้อพิพาท พัฒนา นำ และดำเนินกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายด้วยความเชี่ยวชาญด้านกฎหมายและการตรวจสอบ - จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารและแนวทางปฏิบัติของบริษัท - กิจกรรมการจัดการความเสี่ยงและการรายงาน เช่น การควบคุมความเสี่ยง, BCP, การตรวจสอบตนเอง, Sox - จัดทำการอบรมและกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบให้กับพนักงาน - กิจกรรม CSR - งานพิเศษตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก GM ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในสำหรับบริษัทในเครือในประเทศไทยและเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้อื่นๆ ในฐานะผู้นำ - จัดทำกระบวนการตรวจสอบสำหรับ FTC และบริษัทในเครืออื่นๆ ในประเทศไทย โดยร่วมมือกับสำนักงานใหญ่ FEC และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ FTC (ทรัพยากรบุคคล, การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ, การบัญชี, การเงิน, การคำนวณต้นทุน) - จัดทำแผนประจำปี การทำงานภาคสนาม รายงานการปิด และติดตามกิจกรรมอย่างเป็นเชิงรุก - ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเชิงสร้างสรรค์แก่บริษัทในเครือในประเทศไทย เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน ดำเนินการปรับเปลี่ยนสำนักงานใหญ่ประจำภูมิภาคตามคำสั่งของ GM - ปฏิบัติตามและรักษาขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้องและเป็นมาตรฐาน รวมถึงแนวปฏิบัติด้านการปฏิบัติตาม - หลักๆ คือ การปฏิบัติตาม การตรวจสอบ กฎหมาย - การสำรองข้อมูลการดำเนินงานที่สำคัญ การเตรียมการตั้งค่า SSC - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ GM มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in law or related field. - At least 5 years’ experience in legal, compliance, and regulation - At least 3 years’ management experience - Deep knowledge of legal and compliance.
