Compliance and Risk Management (55K–70K) (SDG-65140) การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและการบริหารความเสี่ยง <Job Responsibilities> - Identify, assess and manage any potential risks as well as provide reports and communicate to Management. - Control and monitor work processes of both REIT manager and property manager in order to ensure the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the policies, regulation and agreements. - Ensure all properties of REIT are insured which the insurance coverage that not less than the full replacement cost of the building. - Monitor performance of the property manager such as lease agreement, sale performance, termination, occupancy rate. - Conduct internal audits to ensure procedures adherence to standards and relevant regulations, and prepare a report to the Board committee and Trustee. - Responsible to update the company policies as well as all agreements to be up to date - Develop business continuity plan - Prepare and provide REIT performance to investors, <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration, legal, finance or any related fields - 5++ years of experiences in Risk Management and/or Compliance field in financial sectors (especially in investment sectors) - Good command of English (TOEIC > 550, mostly in documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi ,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 55,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Industrial city developer Business Type: Securities / Investment Trusts

การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและการจัดการความเสี่ยง (55K–70K) (SDG-65140) เตือนสติและปัญญา <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ระบุ ประเมิน และจัดการความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งจัดทำรายงานและสื่อสารกับฝ่ายบริหาร - ควบคุมและติดตามกระบวนการทำงานของทั้งผู้จัดการกองทรัสต์และผู้จัดการทรัพย์สิน เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงาน ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ข้อบังคับ และข้อตกลง - ดูแลให้ทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดของกองทรัสต์เป็นผู้ประกันตน ซึ่งประกันครอบคลุมไม่น้อยกว่าค่าทดแทนอาคารเต็มจำนวน - ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้จัดการทรัพย์สิน เช่น สัญญาเช่า ผลการขาย การเลิกจ้าง อัตราการเข้าพัก - ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจัดทำรายงานต่อคณะกรรมการและผู้ดูแลผลประโยชน์ - รับผิดชอบในการปรับปรุงนโยบายของบริษัทตลอดจนข้อตกลงทั้งหมดให้เป็นปัจจุบัน - พัฒนาแผนความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ - จัดเตรียมและให้บริการกอง REIT แก่ผู้ลงทุน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30 - 40 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ นิติศาสตร์ การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์ 5++ ปีในด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยงและ/หรือการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบในภาคการเงิน (โดยเฉพาะในภาคการลงทุน) - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC > 550 ส่วนใหญ่ในเอกสาร) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ไม่มี ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : MRT เพชรบุรี ,กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:00 น.
