Work outline: Be in charge of compensation & Benefit as an assistant manager

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Benchmarking the bonus and merit increase with other company.

Ø   Monitor & Maintain salary structure.

Ø   Analyze process performance appraisal and grade change.

Ø   Handle process salary offer and prepare employee agreement of new comer.

Ø   Responsible process salary of Thai and Japanese employee and handle TAX report of them.

Ø   Manage and monitoring time attendance system & payroll program.

Ø   Survey data and Benchmarking benefit and welfare for make proposal to management.

Ø   Responsible and ensure accuracy of relevant government report such as TAX, Social security, Workman compensation and other.

Ø   Arrangement the salary report to support account department and forecast salary’s monthly report.

Ø   Other assignment by Manager

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 32-40 years old

Ø   Bachelor degree in Human resource management, Finance and Accounting or related fields.

Ø  At least 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefit working

Ø  Experienced in  salary analysis and salary market survey

Ø  Experienced in Time attendance system an Payroll program

Ø  Experienced Social security, Personnel income TAX, Provident fund, Working’s compensation fund

Ø  Good logical thinking and good communication

Ø  Good computer knowledge in MS office, Excel, Power point

 

Language skills:

English: Advanced conversational level

Japanese: None
