Commercial Manager (Southeast Market) (70K–120K) (SDG-94750) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการค้า (Southeast Market) <Job Responsibilities> - Lead & facilitate communication with (potential) customers. - Develops a sales growth and expansion program. - Negotiates agreements with customers within company guidelines, and as agreed upon with company management, to meet budget, margin goals and objectives. - Develops effective sales support tools and directs activities required to support sales growth plans. - Collaborates with company advertising, technical publications, and administration groups to develop appropriate plans to support sales growth activities. - Tracks monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activities and performance. Evaluates performance and takes necessary actions to keep sales on a growth track. - Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast. Tracks actual sales performance against forecast and adjusts projections according to current market data. - Assists Regional/Global MD in developing annual sales budget. - Tracks monthly performance against budgeted contribution margin and takes necessary actions to adjust sales activities to ensure contribution margin goals are met. - Continuous risk management - Continuous market analysis & benchmarking of competition to determine alternatives, new developments, and improved solutions, forecasting of cost structure and price developments as a basis for improvement measures. - Recommends, and implements commercial staffing changes as dictated by competition and market situation. - Shared responsibility for observing the principles of occupational safety and environmental protection with respect to sustainability. - Actively supporting the product development process to ensure value contribution regarding target costs. - Active collaboration and participation in cost reduction measures (re-design to cost, standardization etc.) after series production has started. - Work on projects and other miscellaneous assignments as assigned. - Able to travel.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree - 10 years sales/sales management background in the Agricultural marketing - Knowledge of and contacts in the Asian market. - Strong written and spoken English is a must.
