Collection Manager (50K-80K) (SDG-29103) <Job Responsibilities> Supervise, monitor and coaching team member Follow up the overdue customers and coordinate with marketing division Preparing and issuing letters/notices to overdue customers for demanding them to pay overdue rent amount Assisting marketing staffs and legal to follow-up overdue customers and to demand overdue customers to pay overdue rent about Coordinating with a supplier, an outside transporter and a public legal executor (if applicable) to repossess and relocate the leased assets from the customer's premise Assisting legal to prepare legal documents and to perform legal procedures as assigned for court cases Assisting marketing staffs and a legal to perform other assigned jobs Making reports and other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance Must have at least 5 years’ experience in collection (Banking or Finance) Managing skill with subordinates Must be able to communicate in English for internal and external communicate, email and report (speaking and writing) Knowledge in legal related to banking and financial Able to use Microsoft Office proficiency <Preferable Skill / Experience> Being good team leader, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internal and external Able to work on own initiative, tough and under pressure and to set targets Time management and ability to meet deadline Business and customer oriented Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–80,000THB About the company Products: Automobile Leasing, Hire Purchase Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit
