Responsibility:
• Plan, organize and manage collection team to collect customer’s payment at the lowest Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and % Long Term Outstanding (LTO).
• Develop strategies to collection team in order to manager DSO and %LTO as plan
• Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately.
• Review performance of Specialist personnel and follow up.
• Investigate and timely response on any Voice of Customer cases related to collection.
• Day to day management and development of small team of analysts
Qualification:
• Male, Thai nationality
• Age between 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance field
• At least 5 years of experience in financing business.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude, good responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and problem solving skill
*English in Business Level (TOEIC: 700)
