Job Description

Collection Administration (Chief Level) (30K-35K) (SDG-39587)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Improve the efficiency process of Bill Payment confirmation in order to ensure accuracy on process and time reduction
 Control and completed the sending process of pay in slip to the customer
 Control and completed process of Field Collection Report (FCR) such as Fee payment and Any related report
 Monitoring all administration tasks such as Purchasing, SMS sending, Office Asset Monitoring, Manpower Requisition, Office Equipment and Any letters that related with.
 Document management to support for both of customer and related unit and department.
 Improve the process of administration and find the way for the system support

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-36 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
 Experience in Business administration / Collection Admin at least 3 years in finance, leasing or bank business
 Good command of English
 Good Computer literature in Microsoft Office
 Strong leadership and problem solving
 Good managerial skill
 Systematic thinking , Accuracy and thorough and Customer oriented
