Job Description
Cloud Service Engineer (30K-60K) (JO-180403-150942)
Work outline: In charge of support and provide the Cloud Solutions to the customer, which include pre-sales, post-sales such as project management, project delivery as well as Service Development and any other Company provides.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Pre-sales support
Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge and understanding across all of Cloud Services
Presenting value proposition, benefits, key features, and functions across all Cloud Service solution sets
 Using a consultative selling approach, identify client business issues, determining client desired outcomes, and architecting a technical solution
Manages both complex and / or non-complex opportunities whilst takes direction from Sales on the more complex if needed.
Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via Web/TV Conference
Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
Building strong vendor relations to maximize supply chain efficiency and project revenues.
Post-sales support

Work as Project Manager or Assist the project team to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
Be accountable for the design, ensuring that it is compatible with service delivery and operational frameworks.
Implement and deploy high availability solutions in the cloud environment.
Create/update Network Diagrams, Risk & Issue logs, Communications plans and Customer Handover documents and supporting the project team with day-to-day tasks as appropriate to role.
Acting as document librarian uploading project information onto on-line management system.
Technical Leadership across internal and external teams and technology boundaries, leveraging subject matter experts as appropriate

Service Development
Develop cloud solutions to meet operational goals for high availability, performance, stability, security and cost efficiency.
Build and Maintain system monitoring and alerting to improve incident time
Work with engineering to improve system performance through environment upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in programmer field or any related field.
At least 3-5 years’ work experience in cloud solution system or outsource service
Multiple years of experience positioning cloud technology to the Enterprise market
VMware virtualization product sets (vCloud Director, vSphere, vCenter)
Networking skills (routing/firewalls/switching)
Strong Windows-based system administration skills, includes Microsoft applications (SQL Server, Exchange Server, Windows Azure Pack)
Experience developing scripts to automate infrastructure operations (PowerShell DSC)
Experience with continuous integration and deployment.
Experience working with revision control source code repositories
Experience working in a regulated and accredited environments, with awareness of; ISO 27001, ITIL, and Government accredited environments.
Replication technologies or Disaster Recovery technologies
Certifications in VMware-based virtualization technology (VSP, VCP, VTSP), Cisco (CCNA), and/or Microsoft desired
Not job hopper

Preferable:
Work experience or knowledge in IT(Server, Network, Other equipment’s)
