<Job Responsibilities>
- Find new client and introduce company's service (New client 100%)
- Extract client issue and propose solution for them
- Responsible for quotation
- Planning project detail(Break down the task)
- Planning of research project
- Create report
- Client facing , client service, consulting, and development , such as Preparing quotations, samples, technical information or other documents for customers.
- International cooperation in the global network include our partner.
- Coordination of tasks within the project team.
- Managing overall research process, schedule, quality control and budget with team/suppliers.
- -Support research team depends on the resource.
- Report to MD
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (related to Economics / Commerce / Marketing / Marketing research is preferable)
o 1st priority: Have experience in research agency as client service or sales more than 5 years
o 2nd priority: Have experience in propose marketing plan to client in PR agency more than 5 years
- Able to understand client's business issue and propose solution
- Business level of English (written and spoken, use English internally and externally)
- Business development skill (develop new client )
- Presentation skill
- Good communication skill and problem solving skill
- Can work under pressure and work proactively
- have IT literacy
- Have a passion for doing research
- Personality: Honest and discipline, Willingness to self-learning,“Can Do“ attitude
- stay in more than 2 years in each company

- หาลูกค้าใหม่และแนะนำบริการของบริษัท (ลูกค้าใหม่ 100%)
- แยกปัญหาลูกค้าและเสนอวิธีแก้ปัญหาสำหรับพวกเขา
- รับผิดชอบใบเสนอราคา
- วางแผนรายละเอียดโครงการ (แยกย่อยงาน)
- การวางแผนโครงการวิจัย
- สร้างรายงาน
- การพบปะลูกค้า บริการลูกค้า การให้คำปรึกษา และการพัฒนา เช่น การเตรียมใบเสนอราคา ตัวอย่าง ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค หรือเอกสารอื่น ๆ สำหรับลูกค้า
- ความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในเครือข่ายทั่วโลกรวมถึงพันธมิตรของเรา
- ประสานงานงานภายในทีมงานโครงการ
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการวิจัยโดยรวม กำหนดการ การควบคุมคุณภาพ และงบประมาณร่วมกับทีมงาน/ซัพพลายเออร์
- -สนับสนุนทีมวิจัยขึ้นอยู่กับทรัพยากร
- รายงานต่อ MD
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/ หญิง 27 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเศรษฐศาสตร์ / พาณิชยศาสตร์ / การตลาด / การวิจัยการตลาดจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
o ลำดับที่ 1: มีประสบการณ์ในหน่วยงานวิจัยด้านการบริการลูกค้าหรือการขายมากกว่า 5 ปี
o ลำดับที่ 2: มีประสบการณ์ในการเสนอแผนการตลาดให้กับลูกค้าในหน่วยงานประชาสัมพันธ์มากกว่า 5 ปี
- สามารถเข้าใจปัญหาทางธุรกิจของลูกค้าและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ (เขียนและพูด ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษภายในและภายนอก)
- ทักษะการพัฒนาธุรกิจ (พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ )
- ทักษะการนำเสนอ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและทำงานเชิงรุกได้
- มีความรู้ด้านไอที
- มีใจรักในการทำวิจัย
