Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To handle hospital invoice/ Claim form - Provide a positive customer experience for (Japanese clients) when they call to discuss their claims or when they need assistance whilst seeking medical treatment at a hospital or clinic. - Manage the claims reimbursement process, from receiving the claim documents, checking the completeness of the documents, submitting documents to the insurance company, and then informing the clients as to the outcome of their claim submission. - Answer general claims inquiries with the ability to resolve any complaints or escalate to management where necessary. - Prepare claims reports and update clients on a weekly basis. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in any related field - At least 1 year of work experience as a Customer Service or Coordinator with Japanese Customers in any business - Conversational High level in Japanese and English with JLPT N3 for contact with Japanese customers via outbound call, inbound call, and email <Detail> - Computer Skills - Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP) - Service mind - Positive Thinking - Detail-oriented and well organized. - Excellent problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Insurance, and knowledge of Health, Accident, and Medical claims will be an advantage.
