Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To control and supervise all activities related to precast concrete element production and installation - To review construction drawings and prepare shop drawings for production activities - To estimate costs and timelines for production activities and occasionally for site work - To ensure compliance with the company's standards regarding quality, safety, schedule, and cost - To control subcontractors at the installation site - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - At least 1 year of Experience in precast concrete element production and installation - Fresh Graduates in Civil Engineering with an internship in precast concrete - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Able to travel and work at the client's site location - Knowledge of 2D drawing, such as AutoCAD <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Construction
