Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage and lead a team of engineers(civil, architect,)
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and civil construction projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
• Plan operational strategies in collaboration with MEP engineers, architects, and project planning teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements and incorporate them into the company strategy
• Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in both Civil Engineering and M&E Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience for Industrial Projects(Project Manager)
- Strong management experience of at least 10 subordinates.
- Experience in both new industrial projects and renovation projects.
- Advanced Conversation High in English to communicate with Japanese Management and clients.
- Obtain an Engineer license(any level)
<Preferable>
- Japanese language skills.
- Experienced in a Japanese company.
