Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications - Review shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent - Prepare and manage construction documents - Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of assignments - Oversee quality control and implement safety measures to maintain high standards on site - Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly - To control sub-contractors and workers to manage QCDS on site - Other assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - At least 1 year of experience in structural construction or a fresh graduate are welcome - English conversational middle level (Communication with Japanese manager, e-mail and documents) <Details> - Must possess a personal vehicle and be able to travel to upcountry project sites - Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 - Proficient in Microsoft Project / Auto CAD and Microsoft Office - Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated - Ability to manage civil works and solve problems effectively <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company will be an advantage - Immediate availability will be an advantage - Have an Engineer License (Associate)
