Civil Engineer (40K-60K) (JO-180329-150649)
About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for civil engineer jobs as assigned depends on projects (will be in charge of a project in Samutprakarn first and then relocate to other sites.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male, Age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering field
At least 5 years experiences in Japanese construction company at site
Able to use Auto cad, Shop drawing
Able to Schedule, cost, sub-contractor control
Able to Structure design
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS) UdomSuk
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB including all allowances
