Duties & Responsibility

Support to Japanese manager (instructions to contractors)

Preliminary conceptual work (Concept Design, Scope Development, Budgeting, Scheduling, etc.),Detail designs, Engineering

Carry out the following with Japanese manager
Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
Select appropriate construction methods and strategies
Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
Report on work progress and budget matters to clients
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies
Select, hire, and instruct laborers and subcontractors
Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
Qualification:
[Must]
Male or female, age 25 - 35, Thai nationality
Bachelor degree in civil engineering or any related field
Strong basic at civil engineering field knowledge
Minimum 2 years’ experience working
Good command in English speak to Japanese manager
Possible to work in the industrial park [In accordance with the project]
*Change in about 1 year - 2 years

Have a own car and car License

Experience civil engineering construction management
Languages skills:
English: Conversational - Business level (communicate to Japanese Manager)
Workplace Area:Depends on working site (Now – 2016 at Prachinburi)
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00)
