Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate and communicate with Chinese customers regarding products and services. - Answer inquiries and provide support to Chinese customers. - Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues and follow up on progress. - Interpret and translate documents and communications between Thai and Chinese languages. - Prepare reports and update work progress to supervisor. - Support other assigned tasks related to customer service and coordination.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of work experience in Chinese customer service, coordination, or interpreter role in any industry. - New Graduates are welcome - Conversational High in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above) and English for communication with customer. <Detail> - Responsible, service-minded, and able to work under pressure. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience from Engineering/Machinery business - Can start working immediately
