Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Serve as the main contact for all Chinese-speaking customers.
- Guide the team on appropriate responses and methods to manage cultural differences and ensure a harmonious multinational business environment.
- Coordinate policy deployment with MD members to successfully achieve company business goals.
- Other assigned task 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, International Business Management, Marketing, Arts (Chinese) or related fields is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chinese Interpreter, Sales coordinator or Customer Service in a related field. 
- New graduates are welcome.
- Conversation high in Chinese (HSK 5 or above) (To communicate with clients, presentation, and e-mail).
- Conversational High in English (To translate Chinese to Japanese management, report, email, and documents) 
- Good interpersonal relationship character.

<In details>
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. 
- Strong strategic thinking skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined sales target and milestones.
