Chief QA Engineer
(50K – 80K) (SDG-57368)
หัวหน้าวิศวกรฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create action plan for improve product quality.
• Support new program development process, Product inspection and Customer approval.
• Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action.
• Manage preventive maintenance and calibration plan of equipment (Measurement) and control completion rate.
• Control analysis data process to find out action to process change and implementation.
• Summarize and prepare report to Quality process control.
• Make report and document of quality system.
• Other tasked as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-38 years
• Male preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience about QA, QC at least 5 years in any manufacturing industry.
• Have management experience about QA,QC (Have subordinate) at least 3 years in any manufacturing industry
• Have knowledge about Calibration, Maintain tooling and Measurement gauge
• Advance conversation middle level of English
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
•สนับสนุนกระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และการอนุมัติของลูกค้า
•วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาในการดำเนินการและติดตามการปรับปรุงและการดำเนินการป้องกัน
•จัดการแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการสอบเทียบของอุปกรณ์ (การวัด) และควบคุมอัตราความสำเร็จ
•ควบคุมกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อค้นหาการดำเนินการเพื่อประมวลผลการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการนำไปใช้
•สรุปและจัดทำรายงานเพื่อควบคุมกระบวนการคุณภาพ
•จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารระบบคุณภาพ
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 32-38 ปี
•ผู้ชายที่ต้องการ
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ QA, QC อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการเกี่ยวกับ QA, QC (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา) อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสอบเทียบการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือและมาตรวัด
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001
