Chief marketing executive (Group health & life insurance) (35K-38K) (SDG-79024) หัวหน้าฝ่ายการตลาด (กลุ่มประกันสุขภาพ & ประกันชีวิต) <Job Responsibilities> • Be responsible for individual achievement on Life. • Search the new prospective client from the internet and database and make a cold calling • Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese. • Approach the prospect client by knocking door and making a relationship. • Contact the client to request the information for quoting. • Make an appointment with the new prospective client to visit and get the information. • Cross-selling for getting more customers in non-Life team. • Support Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assign. • Co-ordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and negotiate with the insurer. • Submit the proposal to the prospective client. Make a presentation to prospective client during bidding. • Follow up the feedback from the prospective client. • Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction. • Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to renewal team smoothly. • Report the problem to the supervisor and manager for finding the best solution. • Support some of existing customers along with renewal team especially for big case <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-37 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 3 years as new business/sales with experiences from insurance broker or insurance company (group life insurance, group health insurance) - Good command in English (speaking, writing, reading) - Customer service skills and ability to handle complaints. - Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point. หัวหน้าฝ่ายการตลาด (กลุ่มประกันสุขภาพ & ประกันชีวิต) (35K-38K) (SDG-79024) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> • รับผิดชอบต่อความสำเร็จส่วนบุคคลในชีวิต • ค้นหาลูกค้าที่คาดหวังใหม่จากอินเทอร์เน็ตและฐานข้อมูลแล้วโทรออก • สนับสนุนกรณีการอ้างอิงที่อ้างอิงโดยลูกค้าปัจจุบันหรือชาวญี่ปุ่น • เข้าหาลูกค้าเป้าหมายโดยการ Knocking door และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ • ติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อขอข้อมูลสำหรับใบเสนอราคา • นัดหมายกับผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้ารายใหม่เพื่อเยี่ยมชมและรับข้อมูล • Cross-selling เพื่อให้ได้ลูกค้าในทีม non-Life มากขึ้น • สนับสนุนโครงการใหม่ของบริษัทในฐานะผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้จัดการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • ประสานงานกับบริษัทประกันเพื่อรับข้อเสนอและเจรจากับบริษัทประกัน • ส่งข้อเสนอให้กับลูกค้าที่คาดหวัง ทำการนำเสนอต่อผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าระหว่างการประมูล • ติดตามผลตอบรับจากลูกค้าที่คาดหวัง • แสดงข้อมูลบริษัทและผลประโยชน์การประกันภัยต่อพนักงานทุกคนของลูกค้าตามคำแนะนำ • เยี่ยมลูกค้ากับทีม renewal และโอนบัญชีให้ทีม renewal อย่างราบรื่น • รายงานปัญหาต่อหัวหน้างานและผู้จัดการเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่ดีที่สุด • สนับสนุนลูกค้าเก่าบางส่วนพร้อมทีม renewal โดยเฉพาะกรณีใหญ่ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-37 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - อย่างน้อย 3 ปี เป็นธุรกิจใหม่/ขายด้วยประสบการณ์จากนายหน้าประกันภัยหรือบริษัทประกัน (ประกันชีวิตกลุ่ม, ประกันสุขภาพกลุ่ม) - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด, เขียน, อ่าน) - ทักษะการบริการลูกค้าและความสามารถในการจัดการกับข้อร้องเรียน - มีทักษะการพิมพ์ดีทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย, มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ราชดำริ กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:00 น.
