Job Description
• There is no HRD operations staff. Therefore, the company is looking for staff to work mainly in HRD for this position • Conduct yearly training needs survey • Lead in event matters by leadership and lead the company • Summary training submit to Department • Report training progress and results of training • Support and contact IT business partners • KPI management (to install in the company the relevance of current KPIs and the importance of KPIs) • Other tasks assigned Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday, Saturday Working: once in a month or twice in a month)
Job Requirement
• Age 28-40 years • Bachelor's Degree in any related field • At least 5 years work experience in HRD field • Advanced Conversational middle-level of English • Leadership Skill • Have working experience in a Japanese organization is preferable • Have Leadership experience is preferable (If you have it in your career or university life, please write it down on your CV)
