Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising recruitment operations within the IT business to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition outcomes. This role is accountable not only for executing recruitment activities but also for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives. The incumbent will optimize sourcing channels, improve recruitment efficiency, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition through onboarding handover, and ensure continuous improvement of recruitment processes while enabling a smooth onboarding transition to HR Operations. - Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and employer branding - Maintain recruitment database, applicant tracking systems, and reporting dashboards - Ensure recruitment process complies with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements - Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring cycle timelines - Monthly report related to HR - Support employee engagement and/or employee activities - Handle the Outsourcing part - Handle all recruitment agreements
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field - At least 7 years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition within IT or technology-related business - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal, external, email, and documents. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in leading or supervising a recruitment team is preferred - Experience in the D365 system is a plus
