Chief Accounting

หัวหน้างานฝ่ายบัญชี
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing overall accounting tasks.
• Control bank, AP/AR.
• Conduct monthly closing and annual closing, inventory control tasks.
• Coordinate with external auditor, revenue department.
• Responsible on VAT and TAX activity such as P.N.D.1, P.N.D.3,P.N.D. 50, and P.N.D.53.
• Prepare monthly and annual PL report.
• Other tasks might be assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-37 years
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting faculty.
• Able to close the annual monthly statement.
• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting and tax and all aspects of accounting work.
• 1 year management experience in Accounting department.
• Proficiency with ERP Program and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to use the WINSpeed program, register an accountant.
• CPD license

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday *Saturday Working: one a month or twice a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•การจัดการงานบัญชีโดยรวม
•ธนาคารควบคุม AP / AR
•ดำเนินการปิดรายเดือนและปิดประจำปีงานควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
•ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกกรมสรรพากร
•รับผิดชอบงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีเช่น ภ.ง.ด. 1, ภ.ง.ด. 3, ภ.ง.ด. 50, และ P.N.D.53.
•จัดทำรายงาน PL รายเดือนและประจำปี
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-37 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีคณะบัญชี
•สามารถปิดงบรายเดือนประจำปี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีและภาษีอย่างน้อย 5 ปีและงานบัญชีทุกด้าน
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารแผนกบัญชี 1 ปี
•มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม ERP และ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม WINSpeed ลงทะเบียนนักบัญชี
•ใบอนุญาต CPD
