Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage daily operations of the casting department (sand casting process) - Oversee scrap handling, melting process, and furnace operations - Supervise production lines and coordinate with supervisors and line leaders - Control manpower allocation, productivity, and operational discipline - Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with internal standards - Report operational status and issues directly to Japanese management - Support continuous improvement activities within the casting process - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Experience in metal casting operations (excluding die casting). - Proven experience in supervising and managing subordinates, with hands-on operational experience. - Ability to develop long-term maintenance plans and execute them systematically. <Preferable Skill / Experience>
