Career Advisor (Recruitment Consultant) (25K-28K) (SDG-75876) ที่ปรึกษาอาชีพ (ที่ปรึกษาการจัดหางาน) <Job Responsibilities> - Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling your actions to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system - Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and other sources. - Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. - Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their career, by providing the job market tendency and information. - Share the full information of the candidates with Recruiting Consultant team and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed. - Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. - Cooperate with Recruiting Consultant so that both candidate and client will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment. - Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written in the top <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 23-25 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 1 year of sales experience OR any roles related to achieving sales, KPI, project management, etc. - Basic knowledge of engineering job function - Has strong ownership and boldness to challenge any difficulties - Have a strong client/customer-oriented and result-oriented mindsets - Ability to communicate clearly with humbleness - Strong interest in recruitment <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–28,000THB About the company Product & Service: Human resource solution provider Business Type: Staffing / Recruiting
