<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate among Customer Service, Client and Garage (Fix & Maintenance agent) - Hearing client's requirement/ questions from Customer Service team - Visiting client (company car, drive by own) for primary car and auto part check - Contact and deal with Garage for inspect matters, Quotation and reduce the cost for unnecessary parts and repairing term. - Follow up car maintenance. - Test drive. - Other tasks as assigned. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 24 - 28 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 3 yrs as Customer/ Technician Support, Purchasing or Technician (Automotive/ Auto Parts) - Car Maintenance knowledge with test drive skill - Good English (Conv mid+) - Driving License - Excellent communication skills with service minded <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese Company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploen ChitBangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Sat: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–28,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive Leasing Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit;
