Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of factory canteens at large sites (400 employees).
- Ensure high standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, and cost control.
- Supervise on-site mini-mart and cashier operations.
- Prevent financial fraud or misappropriation of funds.
- Collaborate with factory admin teams and conduct regular menu and budget meetings.
- Gradually reform the workplace culture while managing existing sub-leaders and long-term staff.
- Report on financial and operational KPIs and implement improvement measures.
- Drive profitability.
- Other tasks assigned by report line.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 10 year working experience in any industry
- Can work on by shift working including Saturday.
- Can relocate to Ayutthaya in the future (Expense of moving is owed by company)
- Conversational low level of English (For communication with report line)
- Strictly responding to frauds and misappropriation.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge in food sanitation and hygiene.
- Working experience in food industry as QA/QC.
