Call Center (15K-20K) (SDG-28046)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Manage inbound calls
	Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and alternatives
	Professionally present and answer questions about products to get customer order and meet daily target
	Input customer information and update database

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years old
	Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
	Fresh Grad are welcome
	Able to work as shift (Day & Night)
	English : Basic

<Preferable Skill / Experience>		
	Working experience 

Languages skills 
English: Basic Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini/BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-21:00(-5 days/week (depend on individual calendar) -Day and Night Shift (08.00-17.00 and 12.00-21.00))
