Work Outline: Take inbound calls, Answer questions about the product details, the company and other issue with account for the customers
Duties & Responsibility:
Answer questions about the product details, the company and other issue with account for the customers
Delivers scripted or non-scripted message to customers via telephone during designated hours
Provides accurate information and instruction to customers in accordance with guidelines
Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members
Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Good command of written and spoken in English
Able to work in shift
Fresh graduate are welcome
Service mind and good personality
[Prefer]
1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
